If you are passing through, take the opportunity to visit the São Miguel Arcanjo Fort, the Lighthouse and the Canhão da Nazaré Interpretive Center and, depending on the time, at the Suberco no Sítio viewpoint, discover the legend of Nazaré and catch a glimpse of a wonderful sunset. Listen to the sound of the bells from the towers of the Sanctuary of Nossa Senhora da Nazaré, relax and have dinner in one of the many fresh fish restaurants that can be found there.

You can go down to the beach by the Ascensor or the Ladeira stairs and walk along the extensive and beautiful waterfront of Nazaré Beach, discover the living museum of sunny dried fish and the recovered fishing boats that lie on the sand. The shelter harbor collects the boats coming from the work and with them the countless seagulls waiting for the late afternoon repast.
